Barberry House Properties has secured the first letting at its Summer Hill office scheme in Birminghams Jewellery Quarter.
Primecare, a medical call centre that directs calls to doctors around the UK, has taken 17,500 sq ft (1,625 sq m) on a 15-year lease.
It is paying £15.85 per sq ft (£171 per sq m).
The remaining 83,500 sq ft (7,760 sq m) in the scheme remains available and is being targeted at call centre occupiers.
Martin Guest of Insignia Richard Ellis, joint letting agent with DTZ, said: “The ability to have a single large floorplate appeals to many occupiers and is unique in the current marketplace.”
