The World Trade Centre in Barcelona is almost complete. The business centre is home to three office blocks which measure 40,000m2 in total. Companies have already started moving in to the first building, the second is being market while the third, which will be let before the summer.
A fourth block will house the centre’s own hotel. A sum of €138m (Pts23bn) has been invested from both the private and public sector.
