Focus DIY’s former store at George Westwood Way in Beccles, Suffolk, has been let to Family Bargains.
The 26,300 sq ft store has been let to the 99p Stores’ subsidiary on a new 10-year lease. It will pay the landlord, KS Beccles, a rent of £10 per sq ft.
Focus DIY was placed into the hands of administrators at Ernst & Young in May 2011. The Crewe-based retailer operated more than 175 stores throughout the UK.
