Bargains around in hotel and leisure sector claims Telegraph

The hotel and leisure sector offers bargains ripe for the picking, reports the Daily Telegraph.

It uses the example of the Langsdale Chase Hotel on the shore of Windermere which its agent Christie & Co says is worth more than the seller will get.

It quotes another, Bickleigh Mill, in the Exe valley, which is on the market at “in excess of £350,000”. It includes a restaurant, fishing facility and a shop. Another is Erlstoke Sands golf club, near Devizes.
