Telon Capital and Bargate have taken control of Southampton’s former Bargate shopping centre after buying the loan from Ceberus.
They are planning a redevelopment on site, and a consultation with the local community over initial proposals for the site is due to take place over the autumn with a target for the submission of a planning application by the new year.
