Barlows is refurbishing a run-down shopping arcade in Liverpool’s Lord Street, to provide 1,394 sq m (15,000 sq ft) of retail space on the upper levels. The company jointly owns the centre with Grosvenor Hill Ventures, a subsidiary of Savills.
