Barmston Developments has bought Gladman Park, a 25-acre site in Barnsley, South Yorkshire with planning consent for 300,000 sq ft of warehouse development.
Gladman Park is located on the Wentworth Park Estate off junction 36 of the M1. It was sold by Gladman Developments for an undisclosed sum.
Barmston Developments, a joint venture partnership between Wilton Developments and Clugston Estates, will bring forward the development of the consented four units totaling 300,000 sq ft.
CBRE advised Gladman Developments.
