Barnett Ross will be hoping for another 90%-plus success rate at its 16 May sale.
The auctioneer will offer 53 lots at the sale at the Langham, W1, including a mix of commercial and residential properties.

The property, in Barnet, Hertfordshire, sits next to a Carluccio’s restaurant and at the entrance to the town’s Spires shopping centre.
A portfolio of 19 freehold residential ground rent investments in South Harrow, Middlesex, which have been in the same family ownership for more than 50 years, will be offered as individual lots. Reserves range from £2,000 to £70,000.
