Baroness Brady quits Sir Philip Green empire weeks after sexism claims

Baroness Brady has resigned as chairwoman of the company behind Sir Philip Green’s retail empire weeks after claims emerged that he had sexually harassed and racially abused employees.

Lady Brady, 49, one of the country’s best-known businesswomen, had held the position at Taveta Investments for less than two years.

Two weeks ago it was reported that Sir Philip, 66, had slapped and groped a female employee and made racist comments to a black member of staff.
