Barratt last week won reserved matters consent for the final two phases at its Hendon Waterside scheme, NW9. The major estate regeneration scheme, formally known as the West Hendon Estate, originally started construction back in 2012.
Phase 5 will provide 216 new homes, with phase 6 providing 516 new homes.
According to EG’s Radius Data Exchange, to date more than 500 homes have completed across the scheme, in phases 1, 2 and 3a.
Around 80 homes were offered to the rental market in March 2016, although no buyer was forthcoming.
Phases 3b, 3c and 4 are currently under construction, where around 900 homes will be built.
