Barratt East London has won planning consent to build three residential towers in London’s Docklands.
The Elektron Development, next to East India DLR station on the north bank of the Thames opposite the Millennium Dome, E14 will comprise 437 apartments.
Barratt won planning consent for the three towers, one of 25 stories and two of 22 stories in May and is close to concluding negotiations on a section 106 agreement.
The scheme has been designed by Halpern Architects.
