Barratt London has received reserved matters planning permission on phase nine of Millbrook Park in Mill Hill, NW7, for 355 residential units.
The site has outline planning for 2,240 new homes, a primary school, GP Surgery and commercial space.
Matt Calladine, regional land and development director for Barratt London, said: “Millbrook Park’s regeneration is creating a thriving new community in the heart of Barnet, with excellent connections into central London. We are looking forward to delivering this significant phase of the overall masterplan, helping to ensure the success of this transformational scheme and create a new gateway for the site.”
TateHindle architects designed phase nine. Construction work will commence in summer 2018, with first homes launching for sale later this year.
