Barratt says it will beat profit expectations, after strong demand banished pandemic fears.
The housebuilder said profit before tax should top £107m.
It added that it has completed 17,243 homes over the past year, up 4,639 from the previous year’s tally.
Chief executive David Thomas said: “Whilst these are still uncertain times, we enter the new financial year in a strong position and remain focussed on our medium-term targets, including delivering 20,000 homes a year.”
