Barratt Developments became the latest housebuilder to report business as normal in the wake of the EU referendum, with forward sales up 4.1% on the year since the vote.
For the year to the end of June, Barratt reported a 21% rise in pretax profit, while revenues were up 13%. The average selling price rose by 10.4% to £289,800.
For the current year, Barratt said it expected modest output growth.
