Rugby Borough Council wants the jv to bring forward the £25m mixed-use development which will sit on a 4ha site on
Designed by Aedas Architects, the residential led proposals comprise: 200 flats, alongside 60,000 sq ft of commercial space which may include a care home, a hotel, community centre and ancilliary retail.
Barteak will concentrate on the residential and care home elements, while PLK on the commercial aspect.
An outline planning application will be submitted by the end of the year.
