Barts and The London Charity has agreed an off-market deal to sell 1-3 Eldon Street, EC2, to Standard Life for £27.5m, reflecting a 4.65% net initial yield.
The charity bought the 44,300 sq ft freehold Eldon House from British Land in 2013 for £17m.
The building is multi-let off low passing rents on short to medium term leases.
