Barwood Developments has bought a 135ha (12.5-acre) business park in Burcote Road, Towcester, Northants, from British Aerospace (BAE) Systems for more than £4m.
BAE has taken a 10-year leaseback on around 5,295 sq m (57,000 sq ft) at the park, so as to maintain its production facility there.
Most of the occupiers of the multi-let park are local companies.
Four tenants jointly occupy 10,683 sq m (115,000 sq ft), with a further 1,393 sq m (15,000 sq ft) of industrial units and 697 sq m (7,500 sq ft) of offices being available.
