Barwood has put its recently completed 26,000 sq ft office block in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, up for sale.
The property developer has instructed Strutt & Parker to seek offers in excess of £9.6m – a 6.75% yield – for Decimal Place on Chiltern Avenue.
The appointment comes just one month after the building completed. It was prelet to actuarial firm Barnett Waddingham for 15 years from 29 August, at a rent of £683,764 pa. There are five-year upward-only rent reviews.
