SCPS, the Bass property subsidiary, have sold the last building in the Harbour Quay complex on the Isle of Dogs, E14, for almost £7m.
Comprising 26,350 sq ft of offices, the property is available at £500,000 pa — either to a single tenant or two tenants occupying 13,000 sq ft each.
Letting agents are Grant & Partners and Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks, who believe that the sale demonstrates the “confidence in the Docklands market, particularly in the Wood Wharf area, just east of Canary Wharft”.
Morgan Grenfell Laurie acted for the purchaser, a private investor.
