Battersea Power Station launches 50 Electric Boulevard
Battersea Power Station has launched its next office scheme, 50 Electric Boulevard, to the market with CBRE and Knight Frank as letting agents.
Due to complete next summer, the 200,000 sq ft, Foster + Partners-designed workplace is set to the south of the Grade II* listed power station. It will be a landmark on Electric Boulevard, a pedestrianised high street with homes, retail, leisure and a 164-bedroom hotel.
The WELL Platinum-rated building will include an 1,800 sq ft communal urban roof garden and a 4,000 sq ft amenity pavilion with trees and giant skylights.

Simon Brown, head of UK office research at CBRE, said: “Occupiers are continuing to seek the best quality space and this is supporting prime rental values. Looking ahead, demand is likely to remain focused on first class buildings in amenity-rich, central London locations.”
