British American Tobacco (BAT) has sublet 100,000 sq ft of warehouse space at Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, to Baumatic, at £6.25 per sq ft until 2012.
Nelson Bakewell and Thomas Merrifield acted for BAT; Baumatic was unrepresented.
