HIG Capital’s real estate division Bayside Capital has completed its first deal in the Italian property market.
The firm has invested in an Italian non-performing loan portfolio through an Itialian securitisation.
The loans are secured against a mix of residential and commercial properties in the regions of Ravenna and Bologna.
The deal was originated by Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna and structured through servicer FARE NPL.
