Aion Global has bought a residential building in London’s Bayswater, W2, for £16m.
The investor has bought 13,700 sq ft 18-22 Craven Hill from a private overseas client of Savills.
The grade-II listed, six-storey building comprises flats generating around £500,000 pa. There is scope to refurbish the asset.
It is the first time the block has traded in 47 years.
