Complex Development Projects’ £30m mixed-use Priory Place scheme (pictured) in Coventry city centre will have the BBC as its largest tenant.
Priory Place will house the radio, TV studios and news teams for Coventry and Warwickshire in 10,200 sq ft (948 sq m) at £21 per sq ft (£226 per sq m).
Ever-so-Sensible’s Dogma, Nando’s and Prague are bars/restaurants that have signed for the scheme.
