BB&J Commercial is closing in on third place on EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Derbyshire with an 11,380 sq ft industrial sale in Derby.
The deal pushed the agent to just 25,000 sq ft from JLL, which is currently in third position.
The ground-floor industrial unit at 21 Ascot Drive was BB&J’s 31st deal of the year.
Fisher Hargreaves Proctor retains top spot, with 50 deals and 588,099 sq ft of space transacted, followed by Knight Frank with 323,994 sq ft and seven deals.
