Eskmuir has appointed Briant Champion Long as leasing agent on the Grosvenor shopping centre in Macclesfield.
Briant Champion Long will act jointly on the 88,000 sq ft mall with Colliers.
The Grosvenor shopping centre is home to tenants including Boots, Argos, Fat Face, Vodafone, Card Factory and Clarks.
Eskmuir purchased the centre in July from AXA Real Estate for £20.9m.
BCL’s Simon Carr said: “Our aim is to work with existing tenants and to also attract new retailers in order to enhance the centre’s role as the retail heart of the town. The scheme already delivers strong footfall and we will be looking to build on that”.
