BDA earned all its profit from interest on cash deposits and the company is still trying to dispose of its last two remaining office developments in Chingford and Ilford.
Properties under development include 20 “first-time buyer” flats at New Cross and a luxury five-bedroom house in Wimbledon. BDA still has seven residential units for sale.
In May the company acquired a business which manages “self-build” housing schemes and has started work on two sites for a total of 41 family units at Bradley Stoke, Northavon.
