BDB Pitmans has appointed Jeremy Davy to lead its specialist new build team.
Davy (pictured) joins from Connells Group, where he served as conveyancing director.
In his new role, Davy will focus on provision of solutions associated with a new development, including site set-up, plot sales and all supplementary services involving management companies, infrastructure agreements, shared ownership and ground rent investor sales.
Andrew Smith, managing partner at BDB, said: “Jeremy comes with extensive experience in the residential property market, with particular expertise in legal operations and project management. His skills and knowledge, of both the policy landscape and the challenges faced by residential developers, makes him the perfect person to lead our new build team.”
