Be Heard takes New Cavendish Street HQ

Digital marketing agency Be Heard is under offer to lease 40,000 sq ft of space from the West End of London Property Unit Trust (WELPUT) at 101 New Cavendish Street, W1.

Be Heard is understood to be taking two floors at the building at a rent in the region of £70 per sq ft as it consolidates its headquarters from a variety of premises amassed via company acquisitions.

WELPUT, advised by Grafton Advisors and managed by Schroder Property, bought the freehold interest in 101 New Cavendish Street from Greycoat Central London Office Development Fund for £86.5m in July 2013.

The property comprises a 101,000 sq ft building extended and refurbished by Greycoat in 2009 with ground floor retail; four floors of offices and residential above, on long leases.
