Be Living has appointed Brendon Walsh, Hounslow’s former director of regeneration, economic development and environment, as strategic consultant for its residential activities.
Walsh (pictured) will act as a consultant on its private sale and build-to-rent portfolios.
Over the past 16 years he has worked on schemes including the Orchard Centre in Didcot, Dickens Yard in Ealing, Acton Town Hall, Brentford Football Club and phase 2 of Hounslow Town Centre.
Be Living has 7,500 units in construction or at planning.
Deputy chief executive Andrew Telfer said: “Brandon’s breadth of knowledge of housing and unlocking opportunities, alongside that of Ric Blakeway, gives us high-level input to take forward our plans to create new communities that allow thousands of people to buy and rent a Be home across London.”
