Logicor has signed Ecotrade Europe, a distributer of beauty products, as the latest tenant at Lawnhurst Trading Estate in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
The deal was signed for a 84,502 sq ft facility on a 10-year term. The space, which sits on Bird Hall Lane just 10 miles from Manchester City Centre, has recently been fully refurbished. It features EV charging facilities, air source heat pumps, LED lighting, provision of parking and a new insulated roof covering.
The transaction brings Logicor’s portfolio of 16 assets on the 199,000 sq ft Lawnhurst Trading Estate to 95% occupancy.
James Carney, UK director of asset management at Logicor, said: “This latest letting at Lawnhurst Trading Estate underscores the high-level of demand for quality and sustainable logistics facilities near Manchester.”
