Beauty and wellness platform operator Fresha has taken 30,000 sq ft at the Tower at Helical’s Bower campus, on assignment from luxury clothing e-commerce company Farfetch.
The space will span across the Old Street building’s seventh, eighth and ninth floors until September 2027.
The deal comes less than a year after Farfetch was saved from collapse by South Korean e-commerce giant Coupang, which became Farfetch’s white knight investor in late December. Coupang provided $500m (£381m) in emergency funding to save the company from going into administration.
Farfetch has, however, remained embattled by lawsuits and poor performance since and Coupang announced yesterday that it was closing down Farfetch’s e-commerce software service.
Devono acted for Farfetch; Knight Frank acted for Fresha.
