The redevelopment of Bechtel House on Hammersmith Road, W6, has been recommended for approval.
The existing structure will be demolished in order to build a 10-storey, 260,000 sq ft office building with a mixed-use ground floor.
Legal & General bought the building from CBRE in 2012 for £42.3m.
