Beckham’s HQ up for sale

Aberdeen Standard Investments is to sell fashion designer Victoria Beckham’s global headquarters at 202 Hammersmith Road, W6.

The company has appointed Savills to market the freehold interest, with offers invited in excess of £15.75m – a net initial yield of 4.73%.

The fashion brand signed a 10-year lease on the building last year, which provides 14,746 sq ft of office space, at an annual rent of £794,471, subject to an upwards-only review in 2022.

Jonathan O’Regan, director at Savills, said: “The identity of the tenant alone will generate strong interest, but investors will be also drawn by the underlying quality of the real estate and its strong investment fundamentals.

“Opportunities which combine secure, long-dated income with exceptional Grade A office space are rare and we are expecting strong interest from both international and domestic capital.”
