CBRE has kicked off the sale of a residential-led mixed-use scheme in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
The agent has been instructed to sell the first three phases of Hanwood Park, a 5,500-home scheme which includes almost 1m sq ft of commercial space.
The initial land parcels have a total capacity of 390 homes.
The site has been brought through planning by developer Alledge Brook, a joint venture between Bee Bee Developments and Buccleuch Property.
