Corporate restructuring specialist Begbies Traynor has bought surveying firm Eddisons for £5m.
The purchase is being funded by a vendor placing of 13m shares to raise £5.3m.
Eddisons specialises in the valuation and disposal of property and business assets, and has 200 employees in Leeds, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow and Nottingham.
Services provided include banking advisory, property auctions and management and insurance services.
