Belcor and Kitt team up to offer office management platform

City fringe agency Belcor has partnered with real estate management platform Kitt to offer fully managed occupier solutions across its office portfolio.

The firm will operate the strategic partnership with Kitt under its new brand, BelcorManaged to expand its services across both the landlord disposals and tenant representation arms of its business.

As part of the deal, landlords will gain access to a wider market of occupiers looking for either conventional lease terms or personalised, fully managed spaces.

Additionally, Belcor’s tenant representatives will be able to offer Kitt’s managed solution as a “bolt-on” to occupier acquisition work.

Occupiers will be given a personalised design and fit-out to embody their brand, culture and working practices.

The full-service office platform, which manages more than 250,000 sq ft of office space across the capital, will work with Belcor to provide and oversee services including Wi-Fi and maintenance.

Oli Cohen (pictured top left), partner at Belcor, said: “Our partnership with Kitt will allow us to give our clients coverage across both the traditional and managed markets which are increasingly merging as tenants are looking for their own private space but want to benefit from… all the services that they might find in a WeWork or Fora.”

Joseph Mishcon, head of real estate at Kitt, said the partnership would enable the brand to reach an even wider audience.

He added: “Over the past three years we have been expanding our personalised offices product, with 100-plus businesses in London choosing to not just rent an office, but to give their brand a home built around their changing needs.”
