City fringe agency Belcor has merged with flex broker Workable Offices to launch a flexible office service.
The specialist property consultancy will offer flexible workspace brokerage through its new platform Belcor Flex, which aims to streamline searches for all-inclusive private offices.
As part of the merger, the Workable Offices brand will become Belcor Flex and founder Ollie Shields will be brought on to lead the site.
The site will compare and catalogue flexible workspaces across the capital, including spaces from providers such as Fora, Uncommon, Myo, Huckletree, Industrious, WeWork, Argyll and Kitt. It will provide users with live availability as well as discounts and deals for tenants.
