Belgo has agreed to buy Caprice Holdings for £13.1m.
The restaurant group’s acquisition includes London’s Ivy and Le Caprice restaurants and J Sheekey, a fish restaurant that is being refurbished in St Martin’s Lane.
Belgo plans to open restaurants in Bristol and London’s Notting Hill before next June. It also intends to roll out a chain of Belgo Bars, focusing on Belgian beers and with a limited food menu.
