Bell Court chimes with Byron

Byron-burger-THUMBByron has signed up as the second tenant for UK & European Investments’ proposed £30m Bell Court redevelopment in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

The burger chain has signed a 20-year lease, with the 3,860 sq ft restaurant set to be located in a corner position.

Tom Byng, Byron’s founder, said: “Bell Court in Stratford is a perfect fit for Byron. We are confident that local people and visitors to this lovely, historic town will appreciate our obsession with doing things properly and our commitment to raising expectations around customer service.”

Bell Court is set to deliver over 70,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and leisure space, anchored by a four-screen, 12,000 sq ft Everyman cinema.

Proposals for the development will be considered by the local planning committee in October. If planning approval is granted, construction will start later this year and Bell Court will open to the public in mid-2017.
