Private development and investment company Belltone has secured planning consent for Midpoint Berkshire, a 172,000 sq ft state-of-the-art industrial and logistics development in Aldermaston, Berkshire.
The gross development value (GDV) of the project is £45m.
Located adjacent to the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE), Midpoint Berkshire will comprise 11 industrial units ranging from 7,960 to 31,830 sq ft, available for either sale or lease.
Each unit includes dedicated servicing, parking facilities, open-plan storage and Grade A offices. Other facilities include solar PV panels, EV charging points and comfort cooling systems
The first units will be available for occupation from mid-summer 2026.
Haslams and Savills are joint agents of the scheme.
