Housebuilder Bellway Homes has adopted a new approach to working with local authorities and housing associations.
The group has created a framework that integrates social housing, private homes and shared ownership. And Bellway has teamed up with Shepherds Bush Housing Group and Ealing council for its first joint venture development on the Gurnell Grove housing estate in Ealing, West London.
Under the Investment Stretch Regeneration Model, the housebuilder redevelops housing estates for mixed tenancy. The result is new homes for rent, sale and shared ownership.
