Bellway Homes has hired Adam Conchie as planning manager for the greater Cambridge area.
Conchie joins the team from Carter Jonas where he spent six years, most recently as associate partner. Prior to that, he was a planner at Avison Young.
In his new role, Conchie will advise the land teams on planning policy and development as well as take responsibility for the management of strategic land.
