Bellway Homes will start work shortly on a £4m mixed-use development on two sites either side of the Rochdale canal in central Manchester.
Proposals for the scheme comprise ten units with A1 and A2 consent totalling 789 sq m (8,490 sq ft) and 93 luxury apartments aimed at young urban professionals. The scheme will front Great Bridgewater Street and Whitworth Street. New canal bridges will link the two sites with the Concert Hall.
