Bellway Homes has secured planning for the next stage of the Newhall housing development in Harlow, Essex.
Designed by architecture firm Sheppard Robson, the second phase of the project will include 239 homes.
The housing scheme is being led by Bellway, in conjunction with landowners Newhall Projects Ltd.
