Bellway Homes has won detailed consent for its planned redevelopment of the former Monyhull Hall Hospital site (pictured) on the outskirts of Birmingham.
Bellway’s redevelopment of the site will create 400 homes, 100 of which will be affordable, for rent, sale and shared ownership.
The 79-acre (32ha) site is in Brentwood, east of Kings Norton.
