Belstaff, the fashion and accessories retailer favoured by celebrities’ George Clooney and Ewan McGregory, is to open its first Scottish store in Redevco’s Princes Square shopping district, Glasgow.

Belstaff has taken a 900 sq ft store, paying £92,000 pa on a 10-year lease, with nine months’ rent free.

Other tenants at Princes Square include Kurt Geiger, Vivienne Westwood and Space NK.

David Smith, portfolio director at Redevco UK, said: “The choice of shops at Princes Square is always improving; and provides the perfect base for exclusive fashion stores like Belstaff.”
