Beltane Asset Management and Angelo Gordon have completed the purchase of 42 Southwark Bridge Road, SE1 from M&G Real Estate for c£50m.
The 100,000 sq ft office block occupies a 0.6 acre site and is let until January 2018.
The deal, revealed by EG in June – is Beltane’s first on the South Bank.
Beltane co-founding partner Jonathan Chenery said: “This is an area we have been interested in for some time and to acquire a property of this size and potential is very exciting”.
