Commercial units and leisure facilities will be included alongside the Encore’s Belvedere, a new 10-storey residential development in Cambridge.
The Times says the project is changing the heart of the city.
Meanwhile, Ashwell Property Group is working on a £275m project to develop the Cambridge Station Road area, which will comprise almost 1m sq ft of residential space and the same amount of commercial and retail space.
