Benchmark and JER Partners have let 9,183 sq ft (853 sq m) at 90 Long Acre, Covent Garden to residential and commercial property lender GMAC-RFC.
GMAC-RFC, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors, is paying £33 per sq ft (£355 per sq m) for the space on the second floor of 90 Long Acre.
The building is owned in a joint venture between Benchmark and JER Partners.
The recently refurbished offices comprise the majority of the west elevation of the second floor.
GMAC-RFC has signed a 10-year lease with a tenant’s option to break the lease at the end of the fifth year.
